Octane Holding Group Ltd, part of the wider LCM Environmental Group, is continuing to grow and is looking for experienced Groundworkers, Labourers, and Foremen to join our expanding in-house civils division.
Based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, our teams deliver high-quality projects nationwide across fuel infrastructure, drainage, kerbing, concrete works, and specialist civil engineering, providing safe, compliant, and reliable infrastructure solutions for commercial and public sector clients.

As part of our team, you’ll be hands-on with drainage systems, ACO channels, interceptors, and concrete finishing, and may operate essential machinery including dumpers, diggers, and rollers. You’ll work on major civils projects across West Yorkshire and beyond, contributing to developments that make a real difference while building your skills and experience on a wide range of sites.
We welcome candidates with at least three years’ experience in civils or groundworks, a CSCS card, and relevant CPCS or NPORS qualifications for plant operation. A full UK driving licence (maximum six points) is required, and willingness to work away from home during the week is expected, with weekends at home.
