Bulk Diesel, AdBlue Storage and Fuel Management System Installation for TSL | Octane Holding Group
STEP ONE
What Was the Brief?
TSL Projects required a complete fuel storage and dispensing installation incorporating bulk diesel storage, AdBlue storage, multiple fuel dispensers, and an integrated fuel management system. The project involved supplying and installing an 80,000-litre bulk diesel storage tank alongside a 6,000-litre AdBlue storage system.
The installation also required four high/low-capacity twin-hose fuel dispensers to provide the site with a complete dispensing solution. In addition, TSL required secure fuel control and reporting through a fully integrated MCS Sapphire Fuel Management System.
The project required the complete mechanical and electrical installation, followed by testing, commissioning, and handover ready for operational use. The overall installation brought the required storage, dispensing, fuel management, mechanical, and electrical elements together as a single coordinated project, with all works completed as part of the planned installation and commissioning process for the client’s operational requirements.
STEP TWO
What Did Octane Do?
Octane Holding Group delivered the complete fuel storage, dispensing, and management installation. The works were carried out to integrate the storage, dispensing, fuel management, mechanical, and electrical elements into one complete operational system. Key works included:
- Supplying and installing an 80,000-litre bulk diesel storage tank.
- Installing a 6,000-litre AdBlue storage system.
- Installing four high/low-capacity twin-hose fuel dispensers.
- Installing a fully integrated Octane MCS Fuel Management System for secure fuel control and reporting.
- Completing the associated mechanical and electrical installation.
- Testing and commissioning the completed system ready for operational use.
- Completing the final handover following successful testing and commissioning.
STEP THREE
What Was the Result?
The completed project provided TSL with a fully integrated fuel storage, dispensing, and management installation incorporating an 80,000-litre bulk diesel storage tank and a 6,000-litre AdBlue storage system. The installation also included four high/low-capacity twin-hose fuel dispensers.
In addition, the Octane MCS Fuel Management System provides integrated fuel control and reporting, bringing the fuel management element together with the installed storage and dispensing infrastructure.
Most importantly, Octane Holding Group completed the mechanical and electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of the complete system. Following completion, the installation was handed over ready for operational use, providing TSL with a complete diesel and AdBlue storage and dispensing solution supported by integrated fuel management.
